Will my Garden Room be insulated?

Yes, the garden room will be fully insulated, we put insulation in the floor, walls and ceiling so the room will be good to use all year round

Do I need planning permission?

There are certain rules we have to follow but most rooms won’t require permission, if what your planning on having built falls outside of the rules, we will sort the planning process for you

My garden rooms at the bottom of the garden, can I have a toilet or bathroom in it?

Of course, we can connect into the house drainage system, if the garden rooms lower than the closest manhole, we can install a pumping station, this means if you want a bathroom, kitchen or just a toilet in there we can do that for you.

Can I customise the room to how I want it?

Absolutely, size, cladding, doors and windows, flooring and decorating is completely your choice, we can build it to your tastes and needs
